Family Support Fund
Benefiting Boston Children's
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic the 27th Annual Charity Golf Tournament benefiting Boston Children's has been deferred to 2021.
The annual tournament solely benefits Boston Children's Hospital Family Support Fund, and now more than ever we need your support! This year we are unable to host the tournament in person, but we are still asking for donations through a virtual fundraiser. Please continue to help us support the extraordinary needs of families at Boston Children’s Hospital by donating today.
We are extremely thankful for your dedication and continued contributions. By making a donation today, you allow Boston Children’s Hospital to provide care and support to every family who comes through their doors.
Please stay tuned for additional information in the coming weeks!

About the Family Support Fund benefiting Boston Children’s...
The Family Support Fund benefiting Boston Children’s (‘the Fund’) was established in 1974 by Bernice and Philip Frieze as a result of their personal commitment to Boston Children’s Hospital. The Fund was established to provide financial and emotional support to families facing the ‘hidden costs’ of a child’s illness and hospitalization. Today, the Fund continues in memory of Bernice & Philip Frieze to provide a small measure of relief as patient families try to keep up with the extraordinary needs from indirect expenses of diagnosis, treatment and hospitalization, and assists with rent, groceries and food, clothing, transportation, and childcare needs.
Your sponsorship still makes a difference. Last year, the Family Support Fund helped Boston Children's disburse over $500,000. Together, we supplied:
More than 400 individual patient family transactions
More than 16,000 meal cards
Over 12,000 grocery cards
More than $300,000 helped patient families with transportation, accommodations, rent, utilities, discharge needs, special equipment, day care…
